Show us where you live, CATCH UP!

So, I've been wanting to participate in Kelly's Korner show us where live Fridays but I've been so busy and a little slack on jumping in but now that things have slowed down...ha ha.....I wanted to catch up this week!

I have had the best time checking out everyone's homes! Looking at houses is probably one of my most favorite things.

I also felt like I had done a major injustice to my readers since I talked for days about re-doing this little house and getting all these great deals....and then I never finished!! So some of you have seen a few of these pics but I figured since it is almost time to start packing I'd better show you everything before it's all in the new house!

I have to add to this that I had many more major plans with some areas in this house still! But just as soon as we were getting ready to paint and add finishing touches, we decided to move. However 90% of the house has been completely re-done.

Which I am getting excited about moving because most likely be our home for a LONG time.....Oh I'd better watch what I say! But I say that to say, hopefully we can spend more time getting things "just" the way I like them.

Ok, stop one, the Living Room.

This is my favorite part of the living room. Complete with the Nester's window mistreatment's! You will see a lot of those around my home.

Here is the part that is pretty bare still.....Kris made that cabinet in the corner to hold all of our TV "stuff", oh how I hate all that "stuff". The sconces on the wall are also another favorite but they are hard to see in this picture. It makes me sad that he just did all that a few months ago! But we have enjoyed it. And I L-O-V-E having an electrician for a hubby. It makes life a lot easier!

And this is the view when you walk in the front door. Which we never do. ;) Again, I had many intentions to change pictures and paint and add more pillows....but that will wait now. My OCD in me can't stand to show you this picture, but I am working out my issues. :)

You can see the dinning room from the above picture. I love the corner hutch which was a huge blessing! We got it for free! And I do have big plans to use that in our foyer in our new house with some paint and perhaps scrapbook paper? Hmmm.....

I was soooooo sad to get rid of our dinning room set that I just adored. And it makes me SICK that in the new house we will have plenty of room for a formal set.

But, I do love this farm-style table that I found a guy off craigslist to make for us. And I got the chairs at a consignment store. Again, had major plans for a new chandy in here and different paint and accessories. Not sure yet if I will use this set in the new house's kitchen or keep it for the dinning room.

And this is our office/playroom :

For those of you who have been around for awhile, you have seen these pics, this is our kitchen. And I tried to go back and link the before/after post but the pictures had expired for some reason...why is that? But trust me...it looks TOTALLY different!! The whole house looks different but especially the kitchen.

And last but not least for this version of catch-up, our master bedroom. My favorite place.

The wall color is hard to see but it's called Cake-Stand Blue and it's quite yummy! ;) I plan on using this exact color and everything in the new house. Peer through that door and yes my friends, that's it....the ONLY full bath in this house. MERCY. What were we thinking with three girls???

Ok so that's it. Did I overwhelm you? Sorry if I did! But I hope you enjoyed looking around and I can't wait to show you the rest next week. And I'll have to join some other bloggy carnival when we move so you can see the new house. ;)
Thanks for checking our home out!
