Trust.

When life doesn't make sense. You trust God.

When you get no, after no, after no...You keep trusting God.

When storms come and the ground all around you feels shaken...You trust God.

When you are lonely and it seems that you have not a friend in this world...You keep trusting God.

When the seams start to fall apart and you feel one more tug will pull you in...You trust God.

When things are great and life is like one big sunny day. You keep trusting God.

When God moves you to a place you cannot understand. You trust God.

In every season, in every place, in every movement of God...You keep trusting God.

That's all. Trust.

"Those who trust in the LORD are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken but endures forever." -Psalm 125:1

What is God asking you to endure through today to trust Him more?

Thanks Nicki for the reminder to just trust God no matter what is going on. I am reminded to recall God's wonderful track record of promises He has made real in my life. So if the written word says Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever (and it does) and God has kept me from harms way all of these years (which he has) I conclude God is not going to stop taking care of me because He will never leave me or forsake me!
When the mountains seem so big and my faith just seems so small I shout to that mountain "I will trust God!" and my spirit is immediately lifted! Happy Saturday!

This is great! It needs to be on a sign... in every room of my house!Right now I am trusting the Lord to provide for our family and keep me home with our kids. My husband is going through a season of failure or refining... like you wrote about earlier... so life is challenging. My job is to be stability and optimism in the midst of the chaos. As I trust God and rely on His strength. Remembering His love is unfailing gets me through. Blessings!

I really like this post. God cares most about us becoming more like himself than changing our every situation that seems too hard or difficult for us. That's when it's best and easiest to trust Him cause He cares for us enough to transform us into the image of His son! Amen! Keep praising Him with your words!
